About Me
I've spent the last 18 years working in mergers and acquisitions, starting as an analyst at a mid-market investment bank and eventually moving into advisory leadership. I've closed over 40 transactions spanning technology, healthcare, and industrial sectors, with deal sizes ranging from $20 million to $3.5 billion. What keeps me in this field is the puzzle of every deal: no two targets are alike, and the difference between a good acquisition and a bad one usually comes down to discipline in valuation and follow-through in integration.
My teaching style is built around real transactions I've worked on. I break down DCF models, comparable analyses, and due diligence checklists using actual case studies where the outcome is already known, so you can see what worked and what fell apart. I don't shy away from failed deals because those teach the most. By the end of my courses, students can build a valuation from scratch, run a due diligence workstream, and map out a 100-day integration plan with confidence.
